Growing food.
Growing community.
Formed in 2012, O Grows is a community-university partnership among the City of Opelika, Opelika City Schools, Envision Opelika, and Auburn University with the mission to cultivate local food, relationships, and knowledge-sharing. Our vision is to grow community educators who honor local place and co-create community wealth/health with area residents.

Weekly O Grows Farmers Market
Tuesdays from 3:00pm - 6:00pm
May 19 - August
Opelika Courthouse Square
We’re thrilled to welcome you back to the O Grows Farmers Market for another season of fresh flavors, local craftsmanship, and good old-fashioned neighborly connection. Whether you’re a longtime supporter or visiting for the first time, you’re part of the family here.
Opening Day is Tuesday, May 19th from 3–6 PM, and we’ll be celebrating all season long every Tuesday through August 25th.
What you’ll find:
Fresh, local produce, eggs, and meat – straight from our fields and nearby farms
Local honey – sweet and delicious
Handmade crafts – from artisans in our community
Baked goods – fresh bread, pastries, cookies, and more
This market is about more than just shopping, it’s about gathering, supporting local growers and makers, and sharing a slower, sunnier part of the week together. Bring your family, your reusable bags, and your appetite for good food and good company.
Mark your calendars, invite your friends, and let’s grow together one Tuesday at a time.
See you at the O Grows market!
